Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms of our return, refund, and exchange policy.

We accept returns if requested within 30 days of your order shipment delivery date. Please email us at info@basispet.com to arrange your return. Please include your order number or last name associated with the order when contacting us. We'll respond to your request within 1 business day.

Items may be returned in new or used condition.

We do not assess any restocking or other fees for returns.

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for only one return shipment per customer or household per lifetime. You may arrange additional returns within the applicable 30 day return window, but you will be responsible for the shipping cost of any additional return shipments.

Returns and return shipping labels are valid for 30 days from the date the return is created. Your return shipment must be provided to the shipping carrier within this 30 day window. Otherwise, the return will be canceled and no refund will be issued.

We will issue any refund due within 1 business day of receipt of your return. Please note that it may take longer than one business day for the refund to post to your payment account, but that timing is set by your payment account provider and not by us.

If you arrange a return on your own, please note that we won't be able to provide a credit for any shipping charges you incur. We also cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or mis-delivered. We recommend you obtain shipping insurance on any returns you arrange yourself.

We cannot help arrange your return or provide a refund without first locating your original order. This includes orders that may have been placed by family or friends and in cases where items were given as gifts. To locate your order, we'll need either the order number or the last name associated with the order's billing address.
